Hint: It’s not Joe Rogan
There are many podcasts. In fact, there are over 2 million.
With so many podcasts out there, it’s tough to find the best of the best. I personally like podcasts about personal development. I know a lot of people listen to podcasts for enjoyment, but that’s not me.
Well, I do enjoy ones about getting better. I mean I just don’t listen to ones for entertainment. I’m thinking ones about true crime or fantasy football.
The number one podcast for self-improvement and mindset is Work On Your Game. This is a podcast hosted by Dre Baldwin.
It’s not like other podcasts. It’s Baldwin alone with no one else on the show. It’s not an interview format.
I like this because he can finish what he’s saying with no interruptions. Other shows have a host interrupting the person he is interviewing.
It also allows him to talk about exactly what he wants to. He can take the direction of the show wherever he wants with no set schedule of things he needs to get to.
Here is more information about his background and why he is qualified to talk about mindset.
He has been making podcasts every single day since 2016. This is an important aspect.
With over 2,000 episodes, he has never missed a day uploading in six years. This is unheard of. No one else has even come close. Do you know anyone that has produced something every day for that long without one day off?
This should tell you a lot. Baldwin teaches all about mental toughness and discipline. He lives the life that he preaches, unlike other motivational speakers.
The content is top-notch. With each episode, he gives three points about the topic he is discussing at a minimum. They last around 20 to 45 minutes a day.
There’s no fluff in the episodes. He gets straight to the point he is making. The length of the episodes with no fluff tells you how deep he dives into the topics.
Here is the website where you can look at every episode he has ever uploaded. Listen to one episode, and you’ll see the value he is giving.
I have personally been following Dre Baldwin for years. I've bought multiple books of his and plan on joining his MasterMind shortly.
Listen to a few episodes, and you’ll be hooked.
