It’s harder than you think
A new challenge hits the world today. No, it doesn’t involve eating tide pods or cinnamon.
This challenge goes for 48 hours straight. The concept is simple but the execution is much more difficult. The idea comes from Dre Baldwin, who I have been following for awhile now. I highly recommend listening to his podcast if you aren’t already.
For 48 hours straight, you must have nothing but positive thoughts.
Sounds easy?
First, there are a few rules that I should mention. One negative thought automatically eliminates you from the challenge, and you must start over from scratch.
So if you go 47 hours and 58 minutes straight full of positive thoughts but have one negative thought at that last minute, you must start from hour 0 again.
Second, neutral thoughts are the same as negative ones. So, the same would apply to neutral thoughts in the scenario above. Every thought must be positive. Negative and neutral thoughts mean game over.
That's it.
Dre guarantees that your life will change upon completion of the challenge. It will have no choice but to swing in a positive direction. I can tell you from personal experience that this is not an easy thing to do.
I have tried numerous times now and have failed at different moments. Some have been within a few hours of resetting. Others have been a day into it. I am still trying to complete this challenge today.
It might be one of the hardest things I have tried to accomplish. Give it a try and let me know if you make it. I can almost promise you that you will not complete it on the first go around.
Best of luck.
