No one cares how much money you’ve made on Medium.
It’s good that you made money on Medium or in some other way of writing. You are in an elite group of people. Most people wish they could earn a dollar from writing.
Me included.
But it’s coming to the point where all I see is people saying how much money they have made. It’s all over Medium, YouTube, Instagram, and everywhere else with people.
It's completely saturated. Every market has people claiming they can show you the way to make x number of dollars. The thing is, whatever that person did to make that money won’t work for everyone.
Maybe there are some general guidelines that will work. But you can’t copy someone else exactly and expect to get the same results.
Instead of doing this, I would like to see good content. Interesting videos or articles would be a nice change of pace. After all, good content is what makes people money in the first place.
Show people how to make good content and the rest will follow.
Please go back to making articles people want to read. Stop selling the get-rich-quick ideas.
